Returns Policy

7-day return window

Centorrino Technologies offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened goods. Should you receive an item and discover it is unsuitable for your requirements, you have the option to request a refund through your Account Manager within this time frame. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to items that remain unopened and are in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

Our returns policy does not extend to customised or configured goods that have been tailored to your precise requirements. Given that these items are configured for a particular use, we will be unable to accept returns or issue refunds for them

Any goods that have been opened for the purposes of provisioning or setup by Centorrino Technologies are considered to be opened goods.

Approval process

Centorrino Technologies reserves the right to approve all returns. To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with your Account Manager within the 7-day period. They will guide you through the returns procedure and provide you with further instructions.

Restocking fee

Approved returns of unopened goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee accounts for the expenses incurred in inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned item. The restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Return shipping

Customers are accountable for the costs associated with return shipping, unless the return arises due to an error on Centorrino Technologies’ part, such as a defective or incorrect item. In such instances, we will supply a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Software and licensing

Licenses are allocated and consumed upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable. Exceptions to this are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Discretionary exceptions

In exceptional cases, or if mandated by applicable consumer protection laws, we retain the right to make exceptions to this returns policy at our discretion.
